SHEETKARI PRANAYAMA

Sheetkari Pranayma we breathe through the mouth just like Python, Hen and Offspring of Deer.

The practitioner can alleviate thirst in the absence of water. Sheetali and Sheetkari Pranayama are having similar effects. The only difference between them is the technique of breathing used to practice them. In Sheetali we breathe by folding the tongue, and in Sheetakri we inhale through the teeth.

· After inhaling close your mouth and breathe out through the nose.
