Yoga Practice

About me

Yoga has been a part of my life for the last few years. I have been blessed with the knowledge of Yoga at the most appropriate stage of my life.

It has made me strong and flexible both

mentally and physically. 
I completed a 100 hours Yoga training program from Morarji Desai National Institute Of Yoga (MDNIY) and a 300 hours Yoga Advance teacher training program from MDNIY,

Amity University Campus.
I am thankful to my teachers and fellow sadhaks for their support, assistance and cooperation in my ongoing journey of learning Yoga.
Yoga is a practice which helps you to find peace within and helps to know yourself better. In other words, we can say it introduces you to yourself.
Yoga is open to all age groups, young and old alike. Anyone can do Yoga by his/her strength irrespective of the body conditioning.
A sadhak who can do a headstand has as much to learn as a beginner who can’t touch his/her toes.
As I said earlier,  it introduces you to your own self, it gives you the attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun and consciousness.
